The Role
As a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst, you will own, administer, and maintain all aspects of the NetSuite ERP system. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, and Accounting to transform business requirements into system capability. You will support ongoing NetSuite implementation and other adjacent applications.
You will:
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to define business processes and associated system requirements
- Lead system implementation projects and deliver key artifacts including requirements documentation, systems configuration, user acceptance testing, issue identification and resolution
- Must have the ability to train and help business users complete their daily tasks effectively
- Always provide support to the Finance organization, especially during month end and quarter end
- Maintain documentation for integrations and other customizations
- Ensure proper change management and compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements
- Maintain systems controls aligning with SOX IT general controls
Your skills include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Accounting
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite
- Ability to work under extreme uncertainty
- Full NetSuite life cycle implementation experience
- NetSuite Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboards, including advanced saved search and report building experience
- Working knowledge of NetSuite’s advanced financials, fixed asset management, advanced inter-company, multi-book accounting, SuiteBilling, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteFlow
- Knowledge of core accounting processes such as procure to pay, record to report, hire to retire, Design to build and order to cash
- Applied domain experience working with NetSuite in a software subscription-based environment
- Experience with NetSuite integrations with Salesforce, PunchOut2Go and other business systems
- The following are not required, but preferred: NetSuite certification; experience with BI tools including Tableau, PowerBI; interest in learning other business systems

- 30-day target: Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities as a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst independently; working knowledge and integration of Aptera’s purpose and culture
- 60-day target: Implementation of knowledge gained in first 30 days to contribute to Aptera’s mission
- 90-day target: Ability to utilize knowledge and experience gained in first 60 days to appropriately and effectively train others and/or lead a team
