Recent Budget … Latest Canadian Budget.
Aptera‼️‼️‼️
“… billions of dollars… strategy that goes part and parcel with the government’s commitment to ramping up the use and domestic production of electric vehicles.”
There is a WIN/WIN to be had. Public & private investment or partnership to be had for a secondary factory. Gov’t priorizing efforts into domestic EV production.
HUGE OPPORTUNITY!! Mentioned this before. 😉
Consider out near me, in the beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia.
Canada’s treasury ‘depleted’ as budget weans COVID spending, eyes uncertainty

I posted recently some stats on Canada’s adoption of EV’s and related including further info regarding BC.

I’ve posted before that there is a huge opportunity for Aptera regarding public & private investment into a Canadian assembly plant (The Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, IMHO). I’d be all over this and assist.
CATCH those posts to avoid me repeating.
Also, feds & province have also just recently committed a billion dollars to Stellantis in a Ontario.

Every comment is about how they screwed up the headline and the actual video is very clear it is 2035. Still important to have commitment to making EVs and I’m all for manufacturing here but don’t get hung up on 2023 because someone screwed up at CTV.
