Aptera vs Original Roadster
Just watched a video of the 2010 Tesla Roadster. When they describe it it sounds just like today’s Aptera, except the Aptera has a slight advantage in performance. I’m basing a lot of my expectations on how the Roadster rolled out. I’m also looking forwards to the Aptera every bit as much as I did the Roadster!
Fun fact: The reason that I ended up with a Roadster was because Aptera cancelled my first order!

Test drove the Tesla roadster when it first came out (with no intent to purchase). Dealership in the city of Chicago. After 5 minutes of unlimited throttle from me (I was by myself in the car) I couldn’t wipe the smile off my face. The next day my cheeks hurt from the all day grin I had. I spent three weeks trying to figure out how I could justify making the purchase until I came to my senses. Back then 100k+ meant something. You could by a piece of property or invest in something that gives you a return.
