California Clean Vehicle Rebate Project eligibility list

I’ve checked the FAQ and searched other discussions and haven’t seen this addressed yet: Has Aptera applied to the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to be listed on the Clean Vehicle Rebate Project (CVRP) as an eligible vehicle? My county (El Dorado) participates in a rebate program but a vehicle has to be on the CARB CVRP list. In El Dorado county, residents have to apply for the rebate before purchasing the vehicle.
