I had an account on the old website. When the new website became active I received an email from Aptera telling me I needed to reset the password in order to be able to log in to the new website. I have attempted to reset the password numerous times since then with no success. The problem is that I never receive an email with the reset password link. I am posting this using a new account I just created using a different email.
As an experiment I attempted to reset the password on this new account and guess what, I never received an email with a reset link either. It seems the account reset mechanism is broken, or my ISP is blocking the emails from Aptera. My ISP is Cox Communications (cox.com).
I wonder of others are in the same situation and if there is a known way to resolve this problem.
I was able to communicate with Aptera via Facebook and I am finally able
to log in to my original account as a result. They assigned a temporary
password to my account and provided it to me via Facebook messaging.
Then I logged in and changed the password within the website (not by
requesting a password reset).
