Aptera scale model
-
I’ve seen the CGI of a Hot Wheels Aptera on a few occasions, was just thinking it would be cool if Mattel actually made one. It would be a neat promotional for Aptera, and it would keep a lot of us entertained until we can get the real thing.

Hot wheels are nice, but as an adult, I do prefer 1/18 scale version. 😁
I do expect either Maisto or Burago to make nice scale models. Can’t wait to play with one of those.

How about a lego set.

Riley, that’s even better! That way I could build it to my own specs!

A lot of people have been asking for a 3D printable model of the Experience Aptera Delta. I’m happy to report that this is now available on Thingiverse for all your 3D printing fun! There are actually three different model versions with varying difficulty levels, from simple/easy to complex/difficult. All three are designed for FDM printers since those are the most common but could also be printed on a resin printer. You’ll find two posting on Thingiverse, one titled “Aptera Delta” and the other titled “Aptera Delta Multi-Part”. The multi-part version can be printed two different ways, one with solid windows and the other with open windows.

Aptera themed bottle opener is now done (apart from paint improvements – seriously do not buy cheap airbrush paint). Wine bottle opener (and better photos once repainted) coming soon.
