India Support – Pointless

I’m fed up with support responses from “India (Support)”. They are copy paste, not helpful and one of them didn’t even read what I wrote telling me to contact a different email address.
“Tom (Aptera Motors’ Reg A Offering Support)” then responds and actually helps me.
Is there a way to never have india support respond to me? I want to wait for Tom to help me no matter how long it takes.
(By the way I’m originally East Indian from Bombay so this has nothing to do with being prejudiced.)

Do we know for sure that Aptera has outsourced some support to the country of India or that the support person happens to be named India?

I may be wrong but, the invest.aptera portion of the website, appears to be a distinct entity, that Aptera has basically outsourced the collection and possibly the governance of funds to.
