Nice! Yep, SWAG stands for (Stuff) We All Get. Usually references the promotional material given away at conferences/events.

… or (Branded) Promotional wear having value to the recipient and YES, usually refers to FREE stuff but not necessarily so.

“I picked up some great swag at the concert last night.”

Schwag or swag… well I often spell it with the “ch”. Apparently Schwag is more commonly recognized as referring to low grade marijuana. ROFL.

WHAT IS SCHWAG VS. SWAG?

Basically, swag in business marketing is promotional merchandise nicknamed, sometimes it is called schwag, depending upon how pretentious your organization wants to be. The products are often branded with a slogan or logo.
