The interior is as ugly and impractical as the outside is beautiful and function

I was sold on the original design…. They need to get their website upto date with new internal images/renderings … not sure if the new interior will grow on me 😒

I like the interior design very much. Maybe cloth on steering (device) is a bad idea, other than that it looks great! Light color cloth is a hard sell for us US slobs, think greasy hands from drive thru fries. Love the removable center console, you will likely have options for something different if you don’t like it. I think you can 3D print as Ford is doing with Maverick, I bet there will be plenty of opportunities for customization that way. The other thing I don’t quite get yet is the strap to pull the door, is that stiff or is that like a seatbelt fabric material? Either way I’m ready, bring it on!

I agree about the cloth but hoefully it can be easily covered. Touch surfaces should never be white.

Make two consoles available. One is the current “creative” design. Let the other be a more traditional design (and not white). Let the purchaser choose which design they want.
The traditional single piece console would be easier to install.
Over time, the one preferred by the customers the most can become the permanent one.

A short look at the pineapple “leather” being used.

Nice find….I think this is what they maybe using on the steering wheel and other surface areas. Many higher end fashion designers are using for purses and the market is expanding. The prints on purses look like a nice leather pattern. I am wondering if they are using a different print that doesn’t look like leather but cloth like?

Thanks for this. Interesting. Would fit the “Ethos” of Aptera and certainly would be more acceptable than cloth on the Yoke😁

I like the clean design inside and out, the only thing that sticks out visually is the rectangular infotainment screen. While I realize that this is what we have to work with today, I hope that something will come along that will eliminate it, without adding knobs, switches and buttons. Some type of AI interface, like Alexa, I believe that this would fit better with the clean, flowing, efficient concepts in the rest of the design.
