Time to update the website!!!
-
Aptera update your website to show Gamma units not Alpha. This should have been done the day Gamma was shown live. Come on marketing , you have one job!
-
Actually it would be nice to show the progression of each model and have an empty space with a sign
DELTA COMING SOON
-
@robert engelhart As the “reveal” showed, Marketing has MORE than one job. The current website was a huge and expensive undertaking for the company and adjusting it with each successive design would have been prohibitively expensive. That said, I do agree that they should update at least the static images to reflect the latest designs.

I would like to see the reservation system updated at the very least. Show us how the exterior and interior of our reserved vehicles look? 😀
-
Hopefully soon(tm). Interior option mockups would be really good to see.

Marketing does have one job, make the Aptera look good for potential buyers and or investors. I would guess 99% of people searching for investing in preordering get most if not all info from the official Aptera website. We cant all simply drive to the factory for a personal tour. I also understand the Gamma is not 100% finished but it’s 100% more finished than the Alpha thats plastered all over the official web site. Updating static images on a web site is literally a copy paste project. You want to impress people keep your web site updated as the Aptera progresses.

Many people live too far from San Diego to travel there and look at the display models.
I hope display models will be made showing all interior color combinations and all exterior color combinations. Then many, very accurate slow scanning videos and still photographs made, displaying the differences. This is not place to employ the Hollywood technique of fast videos and flashing stills. The purpose of this is to help people make the best choices and not regret their purchase.

A lot of the photos and videos are outdated and obsolete. I realize that there is no physical Delta to get videos of but at least the pics could be updated with Delta renders, especially in the build pages for making reservations.

I agree. Aptera is doing a great job of minding the piggy bank. Let not spend money on things that are not necessary at the present time.
-
I see your point but I’m certain there are already web media people on staff that can make the necessary tweaks I’m referring to. Someone runs this page currently.

Probably the best time to update will be after the January 20th production reveal. That will bring everything up to date along with specs of the vehicle.

They better update everything by 1/20. Long overdue. Update photos, videos, renderings, materials, FAQs, reservations page, delivery dates, pricing, options availability, etc etc etc.
If they want to take it to the next level they can’t have alpha stuff there now, except in a dedicated page, as someone suggested, for the evolution/history/timeline. It is very important to keep the record of progress, as it is a revolutionary car concept, but please separate it from the latest status on info/data/marketing/sales/reservation pages.
-
I am not sure you are qualified to determine what Aptera “Better” do. I am fine leaving that up to their management. 40K reservations to back that statement up using the current materials.

> “They better update everything by 1/20.”
There’s no way that they’d spoil their webinar by publishing everything early.
Personally I’d guess that you’ll start seeing some delta CGI images + it’s initial specs appear on the website after the webinar, and the final details + actual photos some time after the Delta testing in Q2/Q3.

Hi Aptera Marketing,
We are nerd buyers in a niche market and we care about specifications.
Search for “specifications” on aptera.us/ … … NOTHING
Search for “specifications” on aptera.us/reserve/ … … NOTHING
Search for “specifications” on the aptera.us/vehicle/ … … NOTHING
If you don’t show your target audience what they need to see then they will not buy or invest.
-
You can find it here for the launch edition. It’s incomplete though, as there is no assembled vehicles of any version as of yet.
