The best part of the video was the off-road cameo – though it appears no skirts/pants or offroad kit package installed.

Thank you for compiling all of this Peter. I had watched both the Jay Leno videos and it’s amazing how solid the 2e looks compared to the latest alpha- especially the wheel covers! Hopefully, the final vehicle will look more like the 2e.

The one we’ve all been waiting for! It’s a big step for us to see it out in the wild, and it performed well. Excited to hear about the many improvements coming in Beta

Thanks for compiling the list, Ray!

Proud owner of a Miata and Leaf. Always wondered what it would be like to put the two together…

My parents saw 1 of the 16 Davis’ at the Chatanooga Motorcar Festival and had to show me! I’ll see if I can find that picture.

Hi Paul, I agree that I’ve heard a lot about the shell strength but not crash testing. I was surprised to learn that enclosed 3-wheeled autocycles do not require a helmet. I understand that the vehicle will have driver and passenger airbags along with side airbags. There is a fan-made (or maybe ambassador) video on youtube showing a crash simulation, but I have not seen these images elsewhere. They look like official renderings.

Great to see the latest update! I count 21 vehicle stations in the overall floorplan.

My guess for the 3D print is the basis for a large mold for the rear-end bodywork. It definitely looks like something with a Left and Right mirrored component. I doubt it would be suspension arms since those appear to be cast metal and would likely not use this negative mold and 3D printing. I cropped the photo and put together a couple of pieces. Not 100% sure though

Agreed, I was referring to the overall build quality of the earlier model. If they could build it then, they can build it even better now!
