Greenlight helps our technicians verify that each vehicle is operating as expected throughout the assembly process by combining automated testing, real-time data capture, and guided inspection procedures into a single platform.
The system captures more than 1,000 vehicle signals, compares them against expected values, and guides technicians through manual tests covering lighting systems, safety features, control surfaces, infotainment functionality, and more.
Every completed test is uploaded to a centralized dashboard where our teams can review historical runs, compare performance over time, and maintain digital records for each vehicle as we continue validating our systems and manufacturing processes.
