Issuance will handle new investments, KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks, and payment processing. This change allows for a more streamlined and efficient investment process.

Who is Issuance?
Issuance is a leading SaaS (Software as a Service) platform in the United States that facilitates online capital raising for companies. They will now again manage new and processing investments for Aptera.
Who do I contact for investment-related support?
– For inquiries about new and processing investments with Aptera or technical support on the Issuance platform, please contact support@issuance.com. You can also submit an investment support inquiry in your Issuance portal when logged in.
– For general investment-related questions directed to Aptera, please email invest@aptera.us.
– For questions regarding Computershare account access, the transfer agent that manages the shares of our existing shareholder community, please contact Computershare’s support team at web.queries@computershare.com.

What third-party partners does Aptera work with to process and manage investments?
– Previously: Industry Fintech/Tribexa (investment processing for investments made between November 27, 2024 and February 4, 2025)
– Now: Issuance (creating and processing new investments)
– Computershare (transfer agent that manages shares after investment is completed)
What is the share price for this offering?
The share price is $14.80 for non-accredited investors at a $1,000 minimum and $10.50 for accredited investors at a $25,000 minimum.
How do I know if I am an accredited investor?
An accredited investor is someone who meets specific financial criteria set by the SEC. You may qualify if you:
– Have an individual or joint net worth of over $1 million (excluding your primary residence)
– Have an annual income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 jointly) for the past two years
– Hold a Series 7, Series 65, or Series 82 financial certification To verify your accredited investor status, follow the instructions on the Issuance portal.
How do I create a new investment?
To make a new investment in Aptera:
- Go to www.invest.aptera.us
- Click the “Invest” button
- Choose your investment type
- Follow the guided steps to complete your investment, including KYC verification and payment.
Can I invest through a Self-Directed IRA?
Yes! Aptera allows investments using Self-Directed IRAs (SDIRAs) through Equity Trust. To invest through your IRA:
- Follow the steps above to begin an investment in Aptera using our dedicated investment portal powered by Issuance.
- Select the Investor Type: Equity Trust IRA
- Select your investment amount.
- Create a new Equity Trust IRA account or link your existing Equity Trust IRA account.
- To create an account, follow the provided instructions for completing the process.
- Review and sign the Docusign from Equity Trust Company.
- Once you have signed the Docusign, you will receive an email with your account number. Add this account number to the investment checkout page and sign the subscription agreement to complete your investment.
- To link an existing Equity Trust IRA account, follow the provided instructions for completing the process.
- Sign the subscription agreement to complete your investment.

Can I Invest Through Cryptocurrency?
Yes! We accept investments from accredited investors using cryptocurrency in our Reg D offering. Follow these steps to invest using cryptocurrency. Currently, payments can be transmitted in USDC on Ethereum or Solana.
- Follow the steps above to begin an investment in Aptera using our dedicated investment portal powered by Issuance.
- Select “Crypto (USDC)” when choosing a payment method, then review the additional information window before clicking “I understand”.
- Review the investment summary, then click “Submit Payment”
- You’ll be redirected to a secure page to complete your payment, starting by connecting your wallet. To connect your wallet, select the wallet type and follow the appropriate steps as directed.
- Finally, select “Pay $X.XX USDC” to finalize your payment and initiate a transfer of USDC from the balance of the wallet you connected. (In the below example, Issuance, Inc. represents the name of the issuer). This will trigger a confirmation within your browser wallet, after which your transaction will be processed.
- Success! You’ll now be redirected back to complete your investment checkout on Issuance.
