I missed going in as an accelerator by one day (I am not accredited.) I wasn’t aware of the close-off date until I logged in to invest. So, I have been patiently waiting for things to reopen so I can get my spot in the 2,000. Any updates on the SEC filing and reopening to non-accredited investors? – My house has been solar powered for over a decade; the car is next!

On reddit they’re saying that it was a data entry problem – one of the oldest investors added $10k to get onto the leaderboard, but it was entered as if the original investment was on the same day.

Happy to see number 1 drop to 2nd place who only invested 10k more from their previous investment. New number 1 actually just made a $4,000,000 investment.

Am I missing something? The new #1 I see is still there at $4M but it wasn’t a new $4M investment. It looks like a new 10K investment on an existing $4M investor.

Their original $3.9 M investment was Jan. 2022 and then to qualify for the Accelerator program and get on the leaderboard they invested $10K more last week. Once you qualify for the Accelerator program, which started January 27th 2023, your entire investment amount is included. At least that’s my understanding of how it works.

There was a change in the posting…originally the posting showed that it was a new $4,000,000 investment and it reflected it in the total LB amount of $24,000,000. It was revised earlier today to show only as a new 10k investment and it was added to the investors earlier amount to now show his total investment. Now total LB investment is back down to $20,7 million.

I think it takes some time to sort out the manual input data. Part of my investment on issuance still not showing up in my Aptera account. No big deal…I’ll contact them well before it gets close to 2,000 Accelerators.

FWIW, I think that DI might be Sandy Munro putting new funds in to officially get Accelerator slots #1 and #3. He’s the only one I’ve seen mentioned in SEC filings that has contributed at $4MM ‘exactly’ accounting/rounding wise at some point in the past. It’s a great sign to me…for so many reasons.

6 (or 5?) Accelerator slots taken in the last day. I hope this is just the start of a larger spike and significantly higher daily rate of investment…now that the nearly 3 month pause ended yesterday afternoon.
