Here is a video about Aptera’s legal issues. Does anyone know the e-mail address for Jonathan Posey, Aptera’s legislative lead. He talks about Massachusetts in terms of helmet laws, which I think he might be wrong on, but no mention of Class M license requirements which is definitely a serious problem. I’d like to be able to contact him and send him pointers to last sessions proposed legislation and ask if there is anything we Mass residents can do to help him.

Maybe the Aptera can be eligible for the full $7,500 tax credit built into a lease. Aptera Lease Inc can own the car, claim the tax credit for a commercial EV, and build it into the lease price. Source below, and Google it for further sources

I’m sure Aptera has been working on a the EV tax credit, but as noted above, the regulations are still evolving. Maybe Aptera will get 3/4 of the credit because it has three wheels?
