Since I am in Ontario, I need to start working on my Ministry of Transport to make sure that by the time I take delivery there is proper legislation to allow people with a fully covered autocycles (and airbags to boot) to be driven without a helmet.
I remember someone posting their motor vehicle legislation verbiage from a “forward thinking” state that had provisions for the Aptera to be exempt from the helmet law, but for the life of me I can’t remember where on the forum I saw it…
Can anyone point me to the verbiage? I find if you give them everything wrapped up with a bow it goes a long way into seeing it happen…
