I wonder what date will be used for the leaderboard, day of investment commitment , day funds are received or date that issuance forwards funds to Aptera ?? I made investment on Feb 2 on Feb 3 funds were taken from my bank account. Waiting to see what date will be reflected on leaderboard. I am thinking when we get close to the ending date the method of dating your investment could cause problems.

There were Air bags front driver and passenger .
Gray areas on wheel pants and rear wheel covers were only representations and not actual foam material that will be used.
2 cameras on rear, 1 for back up the other for rearview mirror

This has been suggested in other threads a few times. Aptera’s batteries are sourced from China, so they still would not qualify

It can be done, but still would require spray booth and special equipment. Also a primer would need to be sprayed on to create static surface for power to adhere. I hav seen it done on wood

I believe the center light is only to meet regs, same as the mirrors. I think there will be left & right lights as well. One center light would not be safe for night driving . Solo 3 wheel vehicle has 3 lights 1 in center too meet the regs

I set up a Carta account. When I reviewed my 3 investments of over 10K each, all indicated I was issued 117 shares. I guess the info was not transferred correctly. Hopefully then will correct it soon, I did not accept the certificates.

I just watched investor conference with Chris. He said that they are reviewing options to either, paint, wrap or color the resin for the Aptera !!

I thought that Chris or Steve indicated that the short window was do to the curvature of the body not allowing a window to roll up and properly seal

even when production line is up and running, Deltas will still be hand built. Parts are assembled by hand, doing so without production line is possible just less efficient. If they have the production parts available, assembly of several vehicles should not be difficult .

Take a look at the company that placed the 101 vehicle order. See if you can tell how they plan to pay for the Apteras

I spoke with Aptera person at show and the wheel pants on production vehicles will have more clearance

I am not sure where Aptera stands on delivery. When I reserved mine in Jan 2021 they indicated “Free Delivery” that has since been removed from the site. I am in AZ and will be happy to pick up and drive home

Chris stated in a webinar that the difficulty with resin infused color, matching parts that are not the same material such as wheel pants would be problem. I suggest intentionally make the other parts that are not the main body a different shade of the body color as part of the overall design.

Your shares need to be transferred to a broker so you can sell them. If you leave them in Carta ( not sure how long they can remain with Carta after IPO??) and stock price skyrockets, you would not be able to sell them and could miss out on nice profit.
I purchased shares of ELIO many years ago before IPO. I did not know how the transfer agent worked and did not have a brokerage account set up. After the IPO the stock went from 12.00 to 75.00 in first few days. I missed out because I did not have brokerage account set up ready to accept the share transfer.
There should no fee by broker to accept transferred shares. You may have to deposit some small amount of funds to open a brokerage account.
I would check out different companies as to there rules and fees. Once your shares are in a brokerage account you can sell, buy or hold them. You then have control
