I am having problems with the Computershare login. I go through all the screens up to the point where I am required to submit my phone number for a security code and get an error message that says service is temporarily unavailable. I discussed this with an agent who informed me that there may be some maintenance being performed and that I should try again later. I did manage to login once, earlier in the day, after that discussion. I am trying again after making a stock purchase to qualify for the Accelerator program with the same problem. Is anyone else having this problem? Frustrating, to say the least.

Call the Computershare customer service number – they can help you. This is not an Aptera issue.

Just got a letter in the mail listing the Computershare Account holder ID as well as other specific information.

They just not manage to send the registration letter to Germany (and yes, my address is correct and nothing fancy). As even the second letter was not sent (or not received) their support just does not respond, even the hotline is not reachable (no one picks up).

I am trying to get access for more than a month now. 🙁

I received a form from Compushare last week, but didn’t fill it out yet. I wasn’t quite sure what it was for as I had bought some Aptera shares through Republic and thought it might be a scam. After reading this thread I think it’s legit.

Same issue here: Never get the letter with the temporary code. I live in Germany and wrote to the Computershare support. I hope they can solve the issue.

Same issue for me in France. I never received the letter.
